Left Coast Sports Innovations LLC DBA Left Coast Mobility Systems (LCSI) offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING within the United States. If a shipping method other than Standard is selected, shipping charges will apply.
LCSI uses the services of United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS) to make sure your items arrive on time. Orders being shipped to a PO Box address will be delivered by USPS.
Orders received before 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time will normally ship the same day. If the order is placed after 2:00 PM or during the holidays, it will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
Delivery time via standard shipping usually takes between 3-7 business days and may take up to 9 business days for orders going to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico. International delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and delivery address.

We accept product returns for a refund less the cost of shipping up to (30) days from the date of purchase. Note: Left Coast Sports Innovations LLC DBA Left Coast Mobility Systems recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to LCSI or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
Defective Items If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any product manufactured by LCSI, please contact our customer support by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your product does have a defect, your product is covered under the terms of your product's warranty. Please refer to the warranty information and other supporting documentation that came with your product.
